We went to the Huffstutter Apple Orchard this past weekend. Who knew the kids would get so into picking apples? They loved it! The weather was so beautiful and the orchard was such a peaceful place. I'm thinking we might have eaten more apples that we picked. :) Caelleb learned that we didn't want the ones with "holes" in them. Daddy explained that those might have worms. At one point he had eaten his apple to the core and saw the seeds & got scared--I think he thought the seeds were worms! It was very cute! Tia didn't stop saying "apples" all morning. We picked red apples (Johnson) and yellow apples (figi). Caelleb said that he wanted to stay and play in the orchard all day. We will definitely visit the apple orchard again next year! It was a great family outing!
